Domestic Shipping Policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute the Shipping Policy for SilverStarCrafts.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We want to make shipping rates fair for all of our customers Australia wide and as such charge flat rate shipping based on the weight of your order. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $299.

* Express Postage for orders over 5kg is not offered by default as the price varies widely based on the size of the package and the destination, if you require express shipping for your order and it isn't listed on the check out page please contact us on info@silverstarcrafts.com.au so we can give you an accurate price for shipping your order with express postage.
All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD using Australia Post and Aramex (previously Fastway). Standard shipping is 5-7 days to most suburban areas, but for regional and remote areas please allow extra time for shipping.

$5 delivery on all Gold Coast orders over $50
Available if you don't choose an accelerated checkout method other than Shop Pay in the first step of checkout. If payment is processed using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay or PayPal, then the local delivery $5 offer option isn't available.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We welcome enquiries on shipping rates to overseas destinations prior to orders being placed. Please contact us at info@silverstarcrafts.com.au with your request, and we'll get back to you with a quote.
